Where can I purchase Miles?
Miles packages can be purchased at https://buymiles.airmiles.ca.
Who is eligible to purchase Miles?
Miles can be purchased by collectors from all tiers, that have earned at least 1 Reward Mile™. New accounts will not be eligible, please review Terms and Conditions.
What are the available Miles packages, and how many can I buy?
You may purchase packages of 100, 200, 500, and 1,000 Miles, with a limit of one package per order.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. This serves as proof that your Miles are on the way. Be sure to save the email or print your order details immediately after your purchase.
Can I receive a refund for my purchased Miles?
No, all sales are final. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
How long does it take for my Miles to be posted?
Purchased Miles will be credited to your Account within 2 business days of purchase.
Please contact Customer Care if your Miles are not credited within 2 business days.
The following terms and conditions are applicable to the purchase of AIR MILES® Reward Miles™ (the “Offer”):
Offer is available to AIR MILES Collectors only. Miles may be purchased at the prices currently listed on the “Buy Miles ” webpage at buymiles.airmiles.ca, which are subject to change without notice (including, but not limited to, as a result of time-limited promotional offers which AIR MILES may offer and withdraw). Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes. Applicable taxes will apply. Miles can be purchased in increments of 100, 200, 500 or 1,000 Miles per transaction (each a “Package”). Limit of one Package per transaction. All sales are final. There are no refunds on purchased Miles.
Please allow up to 2 business days for Miles to be deposited into your Collector account.
To be eligible to purchase Miles:
- a valid Collector number must be entered at the time of the transaction; and
- at least 1 AIR MILES Reward Mile™ must have been posted to the Collector account prior to the time of purchase.
The purchase price of a Mile under this Offer is not intended to be, and should not be understood as, a statement of the dollar value of a Mile. Notwithstanding the purchase price, the value of Miles can fluctuate based on your redemption choices or changes to the AIR MILES® Reward Program. For example, the value of Miles may vary based on the category of reward being redeemed (travel, merchandise, certificate, or event), the specific individual reward being redeemed, and any promotional offers available at the time of redemption. The amount of Miles needed to redeem a specific reward is subject to change without notice and such changes may affect the value of the Miles being redeemed. To view the current list of available rewards and the number of Miles needed to redeem a specific reward, please visit airmiles.ca/rewards.
AIR MILES® reserves the right in its sole discretion to:
- make changes to this Offer (including, but not limited to, the price per Mile) and to withdraw the Offer at any time, for any reason and without notice.
- reverse any transaction it finds in its sole discretion to be in violation of these terms and conditions, disruptive, suspicious or fraudulent.
